Shipping & Handling Information
Our packages are sent Monday through Friday via the U.S. Postal Service for flat rate shipping or UPS for expedited shipping. Orders typically ship the same day if received by 12 pm Eastern Time. Standard delivery normally takes 5 to 7 business days. Flat rate shipping for orders under $50 is $6.00 + $2.00 handling fee. Your order will ship from Emigsville, Pennsylvania 17318.
For shipments outside the continental USA, please call our Customer Service Center at 717.817.1412 or contact us by email at email@example.com. Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges.
Please add one day to shipping time frames during holidays as most carriers are closed.
We accept returns for damaged products if notified within 5 days of receipt of your delivery. Please contact us to request a credit or replacement.
If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please contact Customer Service. We cannot credit for orders not received after 21 days if we have shipped and tracking information shows delivery has been made. Please consider the security of your delivery location and the ship method you select when placing your order. Please provide an email address at the time of order to receive an email tracking notification. Neither Acacia Creations nor our third party shipping companies can be responsible for stolen packages.
