| What is website maintenance? |
| This can include making changes to text, photos, adding new content,
adding new links etc. |

| Why do I need to maintain my site? |
| If you expect visitors to return, you’ll have to provide them with
something new to look at. No customer will regularly return to your
site just to look at the same old things over and over again. |

| Do I have to sign a long-term
contract? |
| No. You can choose to either pay for one of our maintenance packages
on a monthly basis, or you pay per hour as and when you require any
updates. |

| How will I know how many hours of
updates I will need? |
| If you are unsure of how many hours you require, please contact
us telling us what you require updating and we will
estimate the amount of time it will take to complete. |

| Do I have to host my site with you
to use your maintenance service? |
| Yes. We only offer websites to customers who have bought websites from
us, and therefore will be hosted on our server. |

| How do I submit changes for my
website? |
| You can send us a fax or email us with a word document attached.

| How often should changes be made to
my website? |
| This all depends on your business. Some businesses update catalogs,
coupons, price lists etc. once a week but others just update whenever
there is news or press releases. We recommend updating your site at
least every three months. |

| How long does it take to carry out
the maintenance? |
| After receiving your required updates, it can take up to 48 hours to
complete and upload the updates. |

| Do you carry out maintenance on
existing websites? |
| No, our maintenance services are only available for customers who have
had a website designed by Acacia Creations. |
